A general guide. Thrifted pieces come from different brands, so ask for exact measurements on WhatsApp if you're between sizes.
"S/M" or "M/L" on a piece means it fits comfortably across both sizes.

Are the clothes new?
They're pre-loved (thrifted). Orah hand-picks each piece and checks it for quality before it goes on the rail.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is done in and out of Lusaka at a fee that depends on where you are. You'll get the exact amount with your order total on WhatsApp.
Can I return something?
There are no refunds, but you can exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Can I reserve a piece?
Message on WhatsApp. Pieces are one of one and go to whoever pays first, so it's best to order quickly.
Some pieces say "Price on WhatsApp". Why?
A few pieces are priced on request. Add them to your bag as usual and the price comes back with your order total.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest. An account just saves your details, keeps your favourites and shows your past orders.
